Arroyo Seco meeting
An on-site meeting in the Arroyo Seco area to walk potential green-space placements and discuss the scattered model.

Prototype requested
Troy / Isabel Hurado's office has requested a prototype pod — the first formal ask for something physical to review.

Volunteer app concept
A map-based volunteer alert app is sketched and specified. Development is currently minimal — concept stage only.
Concept
The Kintsugi Volunteer App
A simple map. When someone reports a person who could use food, water, or company, a pin drops — and trained volunteers nearby get an alert. Whoever can go, goes.
- Map pins for individuals who have asked for or accepted contact.
- Proximity alerts to nearby trained volunteers only.
- Notes carried between visits so relationships continue, not restart.
- Automatic time credit logging for every hour served.
Status: concept and mockup only. App development is currently minimal, and privacy safeguards will be designed before any real data is collected.
